Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important for us. But just in case you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the return process easily.
1. Before issued a refund, please contact your VIP Customer Manager, indicating the items that you would like to return and the reason.
2. The customer will send you the return address.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office. please known that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it was a shipping error or damaged item.
4. Most returns are processed within 2 business days after we received your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will received a confirmation email.
Return Condition
1. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days, the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a refunded item that has been worn, damaged, washed or changed in any way.
4. Final sales ( clearance, BF/CM Sales or more discounts ) are non-refundable.
